Modified custom filters to allow outgoing buffers to be modified. Added new custom filter type: On Before Compression. Included new filter to minify outgoing data. Resolved several x64 bugs which were very unlikely to be encountered. Resolved buffer overrun when using long virtual root paths. Resolved incorrect PDB on 64bit installer.
