Added the using of LibreTranslate. Added the maximal rate value for subtitle converting (when the SoundTouch library is used). For online text-to-speech services, only the SoundTouch library will be used to make the speech fit within the time intervals in the subtitles. |

Anoher temporary fix for Windows 11 24H2: Balabolka wouldn't monitor plugging/unplugging of audio output devices. Fixed the using of Microsoft Azure: the server returns zero-length audio data sometimes for unknown reason. Updated the list of voices for Yandex SpeechKit. |

I had the indiscretion to express regret for the deaths of many people in the fighting between Russia and Ukraine, and now I am facing a trial. The Russian police seized my computer, notebooks, flash drives and external hard disks. Only a part of my sources, saved in a cloud service, survived. The future of my applications is now uncertain: my imprisonment is highly probable. Do what you have to do, and what will be will be. Fixed the text extracting for FB2 and FB3 files. Fixed the using of Yandex SpeechKit. Disabled the demo of IBM Watson Text-To-Speech. (The service keeps returning the response status code HTTP 301.) Used a temporary fix for Windows 11 24H2: this version of the operating system contains a crashed MMDevApi.dll system library, and Microsoft developers still refuse to fix the bug. Updated the lists of voices for Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure. Resources for Czech, Slovak and Turkish languages were updated (thanks to Adaptech s.r.o. and Fettah Pınar). |
