Release notes: Procgov is now one executable (procgov.exe). It is 64-bit (compiled with NativeAOT) but works with both 32-bit and 64-bit applications. Added support for machines with more than 64 CPUs (#72). It is now possible to set affinities using processor groups and NUMA nodes. As --cpu parameter supports NUMA nodes, the --numa parameter became obsolete and confusing so it's removed.
