WMP Tag Plus 2.11 Oct 30, 2020 |
New: since Windows Media Player on Windows 10 appears to be designed to never write any FLAC tag changes to file, WMP Tag Plus now overrides this behavior and forces Windows Media Player to write the changes to file after all. A corresponding new setting (which is enabled by default) has been added to the Advanced tab of the plug-in's settings. Fixed: the tag support added by WMP Tag Plus didn't work anymore since the May 2020 Update of Windows 10 (version 2004). Fixed: on high DPI displays, the WMP Tag Plus settings dialog appeared oversized when being opened from Windows Media Player's Options dialog. Windows 10 includes native Ogg Vorbis support but its tagging capabilities are very limited: only a small subset of tags is supported, such as duration and bitrate. Because of this, WMP Tag Plus now overrides the native Ogg Vorbis tagging support in Windows Media Player with its own tagging support while the plug-in is active. |
